About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement and optimize automations, workflows and AI-supported processes in HubSpot for Marketing, the Academy and other company areas
Connect and integrate HubSpot with other systems and automation platforms
Analyze manual or inefficient processes and develop pragmatic automation solutions
Develop technical solutions using modern AI and automation tools that can efficiently complement or replace traditional IT development
Test, document and continuously optimize workflows, processes and technical solutions
Work closely with Production, the Academy, Marketing and other departments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a comparable technical field
Experience using modern AI tools and agent systems (e.g., GPT, Claude, Agentic AI, Make)
Good knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM systems
Initial experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms such as Make or Zapier
Highly motivated to solve problems independently and pragmatically
Willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new applications and systems
Technical understanding and enjoyment of testing new solutions
Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
Excellent German skills, both written and spoken
