Junior Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise prospective candidates on training and career opportunities
- Conduct telephone and virtual consultation sessions
- Analyze individual goals, challenges and development opportunities
- Recommend suitable educational programs
- Support interested candidates through to enrollment
- Maintain and document records in the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Support and Marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree or close to graduation
- Interest in sales, consulting and communication
- Enjoy working with people
- High self-motivation and willingness to perform
- Structured working style and strong organizational skills
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work predominantly on-site in Munich for the first six months
- First experience in sales, customer service, recruiting or as a working student is an advantage but not required
