About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise prospective candidates on training and career opportunities
Conduct telephone and virtual consultation sessions
Analyze individual goals, challenges and development opportunities
Recommend suitable educational programs
Support interested candidates through to enrollment
Maintain and document records in the CRM system
Collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Support and Marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree or close to graduation
Interest in sales, consulting and communication
Enjoy working with people
High self-motivation and willingness to perform
Structured working style and strong organizational skills
Very good German skills, both spoken and written
Willingness to work predominantly on-site in Munich for the first six months
First experience in sales, customer service, recruiting or as a working student is an advantage but not required
