Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise and support qualified prospects through to their decision and enrollment
  • Analyze the current professional situation, goals and development opportunities
  • Recommend suitable training programs and present realistic career perspectives
  • Conduct trusting, honest and solution-oriented conversations
  • Closely coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal course placement
  • Maintain structured documentation of conversations, follow-ups and open cases
  • Work according to clear processes and call scripts
  • Engage in cross-team exchange on conversation strategies, best practices and feedback to further develop offerings and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree and initial experience in sales, ideally from working-student or junior roles
  • Enjoy interacting with people and building trust
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Structured working style and strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and motivation to dive into new topics
  • Excellent German skills (spoken and written) and good English skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ideally, exposure to continuing education, coaching or career guidance and an understanding of consultative/complex services
