About the role
- Overall functional and technical responsibility for the e-commerce shop and CRM system
- Build efficient, scalable, and data-driven digital sales and customer processes
- Ownership of concept, operation, and optimization of the e-commerce shop
- Functional responsibility for the CRM as the central system for marketing, sales, and customer processes
- Maintain data structures and ensure a clean data foundation
- Design and optimize automated customer lifecycle processes
- Responsible for integrations between the shop, CRM, and other tools
- Create reports and dashboards and derive concrete optimization measures
- Close collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and external service providers
Requirements
- Several years of experience in e-commerce, CRM management, or digital operations
- Strong understanding of shop systems (e.g., Shopify) and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho)
- Experience mapping and optimizing digital sales and customer processes
- Confident handling of data, reporting, and analysis
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing and conversion optimization
- German native-level, English business fluent
