About the role

  • Overall functional and technical responsibility for the e-commerce shop and CRM system
  • Build efficient, scalable, and data-driven digital sales and customer processes
  • Ownership of concept, operation, and optimization of the e-commerce shop
  • Functional responsibility for the CRM as the central system for marketing, sales, and customer processes
  • Maintain data structures and ensure a clean data foundation
  • Design and optimize automated customer lifecycle processes
  • Responsible for integrations between the shop, CRM, and other tools
  • Create reports and dashboards and derive concrete optimization measures
  • Close collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and external service providers

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in e-commerce, CRM management, or digital operations
  • Strong understanding of shop systems (e.g., Shopify) and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho)
  • Experience mapping and optimizing digital sales and customer processes
  • Confident handling of data, reporting, and analysis
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing and conversion optimization
  • German native-level, English business fluent
