About the role

  • UX/UI design for digital learning and web products — design intuitive user interfaces for web applications, learning platforms, and digital products.
  • Develop responsive websites in Webflow — from structure to final polish.
  • Build design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency, recognizability, and efficient collaboration.
  • Conduct user interviews, tests, and analyses; derive optimization opportunities and develop solutions that deliver real value.
  • Create icons, UI elements, and visual assets that support digital learning content and enhance the usability of our applications.
  • Develop reusable UX/UI layouts, wireframes, and visual building blocks; generate moodboards, style variants, or graphics with AI tools and integrate professional final deliverables.
  • Ensure quality assurance and accessibility so that all designs are accessible and comply with brand and corporate design (CI/CD) guidelines.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI, web, or digital design, with a focus on Webflow.
  • You combine aesthetic sensibility with functional thinking and enjoy crafting content that is clear, user-centered, and visually polished.
  • Excellent knowledge of Webflow and ideally Figma or comparable UX/UI tools, plus confident use of the Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with prototyping, responsive design, and Atomic Design.
  • Knowledge of interactions and animations, for example in Webflow, is a welcome plus.
  • You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way, even on time-sensitive projects.
  • You enjoy developing scalable UI components, well-documented designs, and systematic layouts.
  • You like cross-functional collaboration, contribute ideas, and enrich our creative team with your focus on usability.
  • Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken.

  • Access to over 9,000 fitness and wellness offers in Germany and Austria via EGYM Wellpass.
  • One additional special paid day off per year for voluntary/charitable work.
  • Employer-sponsored pension plan and company health insurance for your future security.
