- Visual identity: You develop the visual appearance of our brands — from logo, color palette and typography to imagery.
- Brand guides: You create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a consistent brand experience across all communication channels.
- Visual concepts: You develop creative visual concepts for marketing campaigns — for both online and offline materials.
- Social media content: You design visual content for our social channels, e.g., Instagram posts, Facebook ads and LinkedIn banners.
- Print materials: You design flyers, brochures, posters and other print collateral.
- Presentation & feedback: You present design solutions and proactively gather feedback from teams, departments, management and external partners.
Requirements
- Relevant education & professional experience: You have completed vocational training or a degree in Media Design, Communication Design or a comparable qualification.
- You bring at least ten years of professional experience in brand, visual or communication design — agency experience is a big plus.
- Technical understanding: You have a quick grasp of technical contexts and know how to implement design ideas efficiently and accurately.
- Creativity & strong aesthetic sense: You are creative, have a strong design sensibility and are concept-driven. Your ability to craft image and video material aesthetically and effectively strengthens our brand identity.
- Software skills: You have solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and common image and video editing tools.
- Project management: You have experience with agile working methods and can independently structure, prioritize and bring design projects to a successful close.
- Independence: You work autonomously, pragmatically and solution-oriented — even on complex tasks.
- Teamwork: You are a team player and appreciate cross-functional collaboration.
- Language skills: You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken — ideal for communication in a multi-professional environment.
