• Convert business SLAs/SLOs into technical implementations
• Own full stack across APM, Logs, Metrics, RUM, Synthetics, Service Catalog, etc.
• Enforce best practices for PII hygiene, redaction, and SLOs
• Design robust monitors (threshold, anomaly, composite, etc.)
• Generate reports on MTTD/MTTR, alert noise, cost by service/team
• Everything as code: Terraform, APIs, CI/CD
• FinOps- lead structured, data-driven initiative to significantly reduce Datadog spend across logs, metrics, traces, synthetics, and RUM

• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions.
• Deep command-line and system-level administration of RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, and SUSE.
• Performance tuning, troubleshooting, and hardening of Linux systems.
• Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and infrastructure optimization.
• Lead infrastructure strategy, roadmap development, and solution design reviews.
• Scripting for automation and integration (bash, Python, YAML).
• Kubernetes deployment, scaling, monitoring, and cluster management.
• Automation of infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Develop end-to-end DR strategy including Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessments.
