About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, manage, and integrate day to day execution of project activities
Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Plan and coordinate the work of internal project team members and Clients
Perform quality assurance testing on system configurations
Conduct project status meetings and provide regular status reports to clients
Provide regular reporting on portfolio of projects
Work with Implementation Consultants and Specialists
Contribute to the success of the Managed Services Teams
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 1 year of project management / project coordination experience
Currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or relevant education / experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with a variety of business applications including MS Office, Project Management tools
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to maintain a high level of activity, working on multiple projects
Collaborative approach and team-player mentality
Experience working in a remote-friendly company, using online tools and software to manage projects
