About the role

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, designing solutions, to through to the negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline across banks, asset managers, corporates, telcos, utilities, and SMEs.
  • Turn complex data and analytics into clear business value, helping clients cut time-to-data, reduce risk, and improve performance.
  • Partner with Product and Data Engineering teams to bring market insights into new AI and analytics-driven solutions.
  • Grow existing accounts through up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring long-term client success.
  • Track competitors, market trends, and regulations (EBA, ECB, GDPR) to stay ahead.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and strengthen our market presence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in Business/Credit Information, Data Management, or Risk Analytics, ideally with financial institutions.
  • Proven success with financial services and corporate clients (telcos, utilities, SMEs).
  • Strong knowledge of credit servicing , NPL/UTP management , and related regulations (AnaCredit, IFRS 9, EBA Guidelines).
  • A consultative, goal-oriented mindset and confidence managing complex, C-level sales cycles.
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set to put forward ideas to expand on products and/or services.
  • Exceptional storytelling and analytical skills to create compelling business cases.
  • Comfortable working across teams in matrix environments.
  • Skilled in MS 365 , CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), data visualization , and cloud platforms .
  • Fluent in Italian and English ; other European languages are an advantage.
  • Open to frequent travel within Italy and occasional trips abroad.
