About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the integration of the platform with third-party services using APIs, including payment systems and banks
Connect the platform with online merchants using APIs
Analyse and optimise requirements documentation related to monitoring interactions
Optimise platform and external systems integration processes
Keep internal integration documentation up to date
Provide support for stable integrations with external systems, including incident management and monitoring key quality indicators
Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Support teams to ensure seamless integration processes and resolve technical issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Understanding of the FinTech domain, especially Visa/Mastercard, Internet acquiring, payment cards, e-wallets, payment systems, and 3D Secure
Experience with task tracking systems such as Jira and Confluence
1+ year of practical experience conducting new integrations and maintaining existing integrations with payment systems, banks, and PSPs
Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools such as Kibana and Grafana
Proficiency in REST API, JSON, and HTTP
Experience with Postman
Intermediate-level English proficiency for reading technical documentation and communicating with external support
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience as a Technical Support Engineer or QA is a plus
Understanding of PCI DSS purpose and processes is a plus
