Business Development Analyst, Reporting Analytics

Chief Marketing Officer

• Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to corporate strategy, investor relations, and capital planning discussions
• Develop, lead and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across customer acquisition, market penetration, and product adoption that aligns with the company’s vision, revenue goals, and market opportunities within the financial services ecosystem

• The Opportunity: The Business Systems Analyst III will make recommendations on tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison between technology and business side stakeholders with the goal of helping deliver new and enhanced processes, products, and services on time and within budget.
• Day in the Life: Create, refine, and maintain the User Stories/Requirements for a project, map the user stories to features, develop epics and features, define the acceptance criteria, and partner with the Product Owner for user story traceability and refinement
• Maintain, manage, and refine a prioritized backlog in partnership with the Product Owner
• Adhere to Agile principles and philosophies (Scrum or Kanban, as applicable) in fulfillment of the role.

Business Systems Analyst III

Security Engineer

• Supports the development, implementation, monitoring and communication of the information security program and related activities
• Works in collaboration with key stakeholders and technical teams across the organization to ensure that the information security program and requirements aligns with business objectives, mission, and values by developing comprehensive processes, strategies and tactics
• Maintains a current understanding of emerging cyber threats, and new solutions which may impact cloud and on premises environments
• Maintains penetration testing program, conducts red team and blue team exercises, performs internal and external penetration testing, and application vulnerability assessments to identify potential threats
• Performs focused information security risk assessments of existing or new business processes, services and technologies, along with business counterparts
• Communicates security risk assessment findings to information stakeholders, security leadership, risk management, information governance, and internal audit as necessary

• The Marketing Performance Analyst will assist with the implementation of the analytics strategy impacting all marketing functional areas.
• This role will be responsible for managing analytics and reporting platforms, performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis to develop key insights and recommendations to support demand generation, messaging and content strategy across the buyers' journey.
• The Performance Analyst will leverage trends, research, best practices, first- and third-party data to conceptualize, validate and test new ideas for continuous improvement, work with key stakeholders to define and monitor key performance indicators and partner across the organization to deliver on Velera business objectives.
• The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, curious and forward thinking team player with the ability to turn raw data into insightful stories.
• Track, digest and formulate recommendations for the different KPIs defined in collaboration with the leadership team
• Work with internal stakeholders to establish KPIs and related metrics for strategies, new content, launches and enhancements

Business Systems Analyst III - REMOTE

Risk

• Assume a critical, supportive, technical role within the RM team.
• Assist both technical and team initiatives to shape and guide the focus and execution of solutions that provide effective, accurate, comprehensive, and actionable reporting, best practices configurations, timely patching, etc., toward a goal of overall reductions in vulnerabilities across all department accountable technologies.
• Under RM guidance, collaborate with Security and IT Infrastructure to maintain or implement risk-based, actionable remediation requirements for all supported, auditable technologies.
• Assist with or directly maintain and support vulnerability management programs that include regular scans and assessments of the organization’s systems, network and applications to identify security vulnerabilities.
• Improve reporting maturity through automation, consolidation, and other techniques as necessary.
• Work with multiple teams to align scanning, reporting and tracking in compliance with industry best-practices, regulations, and standards related to vulnerability management, such as PCI-DSS, SOC II, NIST, CIS benchmarks, or other compliance regulations required by either industry mandates or Velera standards.
• Perform or assist with recurring and on-demand scanning of organization systems and cloud environments.
• Resolve or assist with the resolution of information security vulnerability findings, including zero-day or targeted threats, and/or internal or external weaknesses in IT platforms, appliances, systems, services, applications or configurations.
• Maintain detailed documentation regarding Velera’s threat management standards, policies, and procedures
• Improve and automate, wherever possible, existing vulnerability management systems
