About the role
- Create and maintain change management policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensure configuration items are versioned and implemented successfully
- Daily coordination with development and infrastructure teams to support releases
- Audit baselines and track all versions of change
- Implement standard naming styles and conventions
- Prepare reports of requests for change and coordinate change control and CAB meetings
- Lead CAB meetings twice weekly and organize bi-weekly operational governance meetings
- Consult with change requestors and change authority, review plans and provide coaching
- Collaborate with incident and problem management teams for post-implementation reviews
- Maintain customization of the change management system and provide metrics
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in change management and/or software configuration management required
- Well versed in ITIL process frameworks
- Prior experience working in the ServiceNow platform required (CMBD & Reporting preferred)
- Experience establishing SLAs and availability goals to meet business requirements and budget constraints preferred
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS is a big plus
- Advanced understanding of software configuration and/or change management tools
- Understanding of collaboration, content, and program tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Office 365
- Knowledge of project planning and coordination processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills at multi-product/multi-environment level
