About the role
- Lead the gathering and documentation of complex business requirements
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Promote communication between clients, stakeholders, and the development team
- Provide expertise on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) best practices
- Collaborate with Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning and daily stand-ups
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and user acceptance testing
- Maintain a high level of detail and quality control over documentation and project deliverables
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar)
- Experience with Agile development environments
- Expertise in writing comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria for complex, multi-faceted projects
- Experience with Adobe Workfront and Creative Cloud platforms
- Experience explaining requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience leading multiple, large-scale AEM implementations or digital transformation projects
- Experience facilitating requirements-gathering workshops and stakeholder agreement sessions
