About the role
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, including social media and campus outreach
- Assist with onboarding activities and new hire documentation
- Compile recruitment metrics and assist with reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and process improvements
- Support Team-led audit initiatives
- Operate within HR Systems to track, update and transition candidates through the hiring lifecycle
Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to adjust easily when directions and priorities change on short notice
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite® with a heavy emphasis on Excel
- Proficiency in software that applies to your major and function-specific internship.
- Passion for learning the Credit Union Industry
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and ability to work across various departments within HR
