B2B Account Executive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive customer success.
Requirements
What you’ll need- C1–C2 proficiency in one of the target languages (German, Dutch, Polish, Czech, or English with a US accent)
- C1–C2 English
- 1–6 years of experience in B2B sales, including roles such as Account Executive, Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), Outbound Sales, or similar
- Comfortable with cold calling and working in a target-driven environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
