3D Artist

• Partner with the other discipline leads to establish an asset naming convention and directory structure for the project
• Facilitate or directly contribute to rapid prototyping of art content (assets, vfx, etc.) to help the Design team test out ideas early in the project
• Work with the product owners, the other discipline leads, and production to ensure the workflows we’re using are as efficient and effective as possible.
• Own shader creation and the shader library for the project, guiding others in best practices in shader creation
• Own GPU performance for the game – partnering with the Graphics team and the Art teams to ensure the game hits its desired target framerate. Leading by example with efficient content creation and offering guidance and help troubleshoot when issues arise.
• Be flexible and nimble to take on whatever unique tasks the project may throw at you.

Technical Artist – Senior/Lead

• As a key partner in building our next generation of creative talent, the Studio Art Manager will work closely with senior people managers to empower their project leads, strengthen feedback loops and ensure the department maintains a strong bench of artists ready for new challenges.
• Lead and coach senior people managers, ensuring they in turn mentor leads and sub-leads with clarity and consistency.
• Champion career development frameworks, succession planning, and skill-building initiatives to strengthen the internal talent pipeline.
• Setting job expectations for disciplines at every stage; from job postings, hiring, onboarding, year-end reviews, while ensuring clarity and consistency across people leaders.
• Strategic & Operational Impact
• Partner with Studio Leadership and Production to define the long-term art vision, standards, and goals for both locations.
• Oversee art resource planning and headcount allocation across all active projects, balancing creative ambitions with production needs.
• Partnering with Human Resources and Production to foresee hiring needs based on current and future project needs as well as recruiting, internships, outsourcing, external outreach, and external developer relationships.

• Collaborate closely with Game Directors, Art Directors, and department leads to uphold the studio’s visual identity and artistic direction.
• Identify and drive departmental initiatives that improve artistic quality, workflow efficiency, and cross-discipline collaboration.
• Support creative problem-solving and ensure alignment between creative goals and practical production realities.

• Serve as a cultural leader across both locations, building trust, alignment, and shared artistic standards.

Studio Art Manager

• Work closely with the Game Director, Leads, and other key stakeholders to help define and build out the look of the project.
• Knowledge of IP development and how to work with a Product and Marketing team to create a strong Brand Identity.
• Highly skilled in 3D programs such as Maya, Blender, Max, and/or Zbrush with a deep understanding of how to create stylized and optimized in-game assets.
• Provide clear feedback, direction, and oversight to project artists to ensure they meet brand, style, and art direction guidelines.
• Expert knowledge of industry standard gameplay engines, such as Unity and Unreal.
• Full understanding of a game’s development cycle, from pre-production to ship, in order to guide various art team’s pipelines and standardized ways of working.
• Work closely with Production to keep work flowing and on track for internal and external deadlines.
• Create high quality artwork to support studio needs such as marketing, pitch decks, and PR events.
• Leadership and/or mentoring experience with a willingness to train and mentor other artists at the studio.

Game Engineer

• Help define and drive the game’s animation style with expressive, solid body mechanics that makes gameplay feel amazing.
• Take ownership of the full gameplay animation process, from rough prototypes to polished game performances.
• Drive in-engine development with excellent engine competency, including animation systems, state machines and other procedural animation techniques.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to explore new ideas, solve tricky gameplay challenges, and push what’s possible through animation.
