About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work on hiring processes, personnel record changes, contractual amendments, vacations, leaves of absence and terminations, ensuring legal compliance, data consistency and meeting deadlines;
  • Execute and verify payroll processes, including data entry, calculations, event validations and detailed review of payroll items and financial impacts;
  • Control and validate electronic timekeeping, work schedules, hours bank (compensatory time), shift patterns and resolve inconsistencies with managers;
  • Administer correct posting of corporate benefits, including movements, verifications, apportionments, controls and vendor relationships;
  • Handle payroll accounting, provisions and associated charges, performing accounting reconciliations and supporting personnel-related financial analyses;
  • Calculate, verify and control labor and social security charges, such as INSS, FGTS, IRRF, contributions and provisions;
  • Monitor, review and transmit E-Social events, as well as support processes related to EFD-Reinf and other ancillary obligations;
  • Monitor and regularize pending issues with E-CAC, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital and government portals, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements;
  • Prepare management reports, KPIs and analyses of personnel costs and provisions, supporting internal controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
  • Experience in medium/large organizations with automated payroll systems — senior-level experience.
  • Knowledge of labor and social security charges; E-Social, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital and ancillary obligations; payroll accounting and reconciliations.
  • Experience working with multiple collective bargaining agreements.
  • Desired: Participation in system implementations or migrations.
  • Desired: Knowledge of process automation and continuous improvement.
