Mid-level Business Development Analyst – CRM Focus

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Update, organize and maintain data in the CRM, ensuring consistency, quality and traceability of information;
- Monitor the sales funnel, updating the status of opportunities, deadlines and interaction records;
- Consolidate data for basic operational and management reports under team guidance;
- Support planning, formatting and distribution of legal and business communications via CRM, email marketing and website, and monitor simple performance metrics;
- Assist in preparing commercial proposals (including RFPs), corporate presentations and business development materials;
- Conduct research on companies, clients, prospects and market sectors, organizing information in a structured, data-oriented manner;
- Support collection, organization and control of information for submissions to directories, rankings and industry awards;
- Assist in organizing calendars, deadlines and internal controls related to Marketing & BD initiatives;
- Maintain constant interaction with partners, associates and the Marketing & BD team, supporting the workflow of daily activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- English desirable (intermediate level or higher);
- Experience in business development, marketing, commercial intelligence, data analysis or related areas, preferably in professional services;
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to organize databases and produce controls, tables and charts;
- Proficiency with Word and PowerPoint for preparing presentations and commercial materials;
- Practical experience or familiarity with CRM systems is desirable, including entering and updating contacts, accounts, opportunities and pipeline;
- Familiarity with digital tools (websites, email marketing, forms and web-based systems);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
