About the role
- Develop and execute an outbound prospecting strategy to acquire new construction and AEC clients
- Qualify and advance inbound construction and AEC industry leads using a consultative, value-driven approach
- This includes building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers
- Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements in highly complex environments, building alignment and momentum from initial discovery through close.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers to shape tailored, compelling solutions
- Manage and forecast pipeline activity accurately in our CRM platform (HubSpot).
- Maintain strong sales hygiene and disciplined CRM practices
- Stay current on VeilSun’s offerings, low-code platforms, AI technologies and tools , and emerging construction technology trends.
- Report directly to the VP of Sales and contribute to broader sales strategy
- Support additional initiatives and responsibilities as assigned by VeilSun leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- 1+ years selling custom software, technical platforms, or professional services (not off-the-shelf products)
- 3+ years selling into construction or AEC accounts
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and new business development
- Strong discovery, qualification, and consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
