About the role

  • Create and communicate a clear product vision by developing, executing and refining strategies that ensure delivery of customer value and align market needs with business priorities.
  • Lead and orchestrate the full product lifecycle, from conception and discovery through development and launch to continuous evolution informed by data and learning.
  • Define and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, user needs, usage data, technical feasibility and regulatory constraints.
  • Work closely with other company areas as a facilitator, ensuring clear communication, strategic alignment, expectation management and data-driven decision-making aligned with business priorities.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis and continuous customer feedback collection, using these insights to guide strategic product decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and success indicators (outcomes), evaluating adoption, value delivered, user experience and impact on business objectives.
  • Ensure products meet regulatory, legal, security and quality standards in partnership with Legal, Compliance and Information Security teams.
  • Actively participate in defining, evolving and continuously improving product development processes, strengthening discovery, delivery and continuous learning practices.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to explore innovative solutions and new technologies, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.
  • Lead and coordinate the product team (when applicable), promoting management best practices, autonomy, collaboration, continuous learning and results orientation.
  • Ensure the team is focused on solving business problems and generating measurable impact, avoiding a delivery-driven mindset focused solely on features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree in a related area.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting data and making metrics-driven decisions;
  • Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.);
  • Familiarity with software development and UX/UI processes;
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager or in similar roles;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.);
  • Communication and leadership skills to influence different stakeholders.
  • Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish
  • Leadership of technical teams;
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
  • Conflict management;
  • Knowledge of software development and architecture;
  • People management and talent development;
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and business areas;
  • Data-driven decision making;
  • Strategic vision and results focus.
