About the role

  • Lead administrative, contractual and market intelligence management within the Commercial Directorate, promoting strategic alignment, operational excellence and the use of data to guide decisions.
  • Ensure sustainable results and develop people and processes with a focus on efficiency and growth.
  • Develop, implement and monitor the area's strategic plan, including budget, timelines, goals and performance indicators;
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between the Directorate, business areas and the team;
  • Support the construction and rollout of the corporate strategy;
  • Foster a data-driven culture in the area by coordinating the development of dashboards and management reports;
  • Manage and guide the Administrative and Contracts teams;
  • Map and propose continuous improvements to processes and services;
  • Coordinate the production and validation of management reports and performance analyses;
  • Establish schedules, productivity indicators and targets;
  • Drive the area's governance agenda;
  • Manage people: monitor, develop and evaluate team performance.

Requirements

  • Degree and relevant specializations.
  • People management and team performance.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning.
  • Sales workflows, sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of administrative processes for sales and contracts.
  • Knowledge of cost analysis and budgeting.
  • Experience with controllership, accounting, tax and audit processes (Finance area).
  • Knowledge of portfolio management.
  • Understanding of the characteristics, processes, products, services and market of the business areas.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the products and services offered by Vega.
