About the role
- Manage a team of trusted sales advisors within the assigned territories.
- Develops sales team to be trusted advisors for internal and external customers.
- Develop and manage strategy for VEGA market shares growth in territory.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with Direct Sales personnel.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
- Build territory strategies with each seller to meet organizational and individual goals.
- Accounts managed in accordance with established company policies and procedures using TopVis CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University. OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in the following computer software programs: TopVis, Microsoft Office Products.
- Personal credit card with ample credit to cover travel expenses.
- Valid Driver’s license and driving record which permits the renting of vehicle.
