About the role

  • Manage a team of trusted sales advisors within the assigned territories.
  • Develops sales team to be trusted advisors for internal and external customers.
  • Develop and manage strategy for VEGA market shares growth in territory.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with Direct Sales personnel.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
  • Build territory strategies with each seller to meet organizational and individual goals.
  • Accounts managed in accordance with established company policies and procedures using TopVis CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University. OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in the following computer software programs: TopVis, Microsoft Office Products.
  • Personal credit card with ample credit to cover travel expenses.
  • Valid Driver’s license and driving record which permits the renting of vehicle.
