About the role
- Support 3-4 large, global customers post-implementation with Veeva Vault CDMS applications
- Own the relationship with your customers’ application owners to understand their strategic objectives and challenges
- Serve as the liaison between Veeva and key customer stakeholders, fostering collaboration and triaging escalations
- Act as a trusted advisor for your customers and liaise with relevant Veeva stakeholders to address customer needs
- Lead meetings with customers to demonstrate success and identify additional value opportunities
- Provide strategic guidance to optimize consumption of Veeva product releases and the customer’s roadmap
- Facilitate cross-customer connections for collaboration opportunities and industry learning
- Highlight value through proactive engagement and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
- Engaging communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and build rapport with customers
- Proven ability to build relationships with key customer stakeholders at multiple levels
- Focus on cross-functional collaboration to meet customers where they are
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret data and deliver compelling presentations
- Demonstrates empathy and natural curiosity in supporting, administering, and using technical solutions
- EDC knowledge and 7+ years of experience in a Life Sciences environment OR 3+ years of experience using Veeva products
- Ability to travel up to 25% for onsite customer meetings and Veeva events
- Nice to have: CDMS experience within a Life Sciences, CMO, or CRO company
- Nice to have: SaaS/Cloud experience in the management of CDMS Systems
- Nice to have: Life Science, computer science, or related Business degree
