About the role
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for applications within the Vault Clinical Operations suite, from ideation and strategy through development, launch, and iteration
- Define and deliver innovative solutions that unify clinical systems, data, and processes to speed delivery of new therapies to patients
- Engage deeply with customers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to identify market needs and gather requirements
- Author feature specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Engineering, QA and design teams
- Prioritize the product backlog balancing customer requests, new features, and strategic initiatives
- Serve as subject matter expert and product evangelist; communicate vision, roadmap, and features internally and externally
- Educate Sales, Solution Consultants, Professional Services and Support through written materials and demonstrations to drive adoption and support issues
- Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success and inform data-driven decisions
- Stay current with regulatory changes affecting the clinical operations domain
- Travel approximately 10-15% for on-site customer meetings and events
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with a focus on B2B enterprise SaaS applications
- Proven track record of managing all stages of the product lifecycle and successfully launching products or features
- Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with engineering, QA and design teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Unwavering commitment to professional integrity and ethical decision-making
- Ability to travel approximately 10-15% for on-site customer meetings, user research, and events
- (Nice to have) Direct experience and deep domain knowledge in clinical trial operations
- (Nice to have) Experience in regulated environments and knowledge of ICH GCP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with the Veeva Vault Platform or other Veeva applications
