Collaborate with Product Management and Development on technical design and problem solving
Own all aspects of implementation for features from design to development, deployment to production, and support and maintenance
Build software that scales for heavy use and can evolve with new features and capabilities
Quickly break down complex problems into potential solutions, accounting for knowns and unknowns
Advise product leadership and influence technical direction
Mentor and guide engineers at all levels; define and evangelize best practices and coding standards
Perform extensive code reviews

Requirements

12+ years of software development experience
Extensive experience developing enterprise SaaS cloud applications
Proven track record of building high volume products at scale
Hands-on development experience with Java, Spring, MySQL, Hibernate, Gradle, Git, Jenkins, AspectJ, Messaging, Solr, Lucene
Drive and flexibility to roll up your sleeves and work in a fast-paced startup environment
Proven mentoring experience and extensive code review experience
