About the role
- Support the sales process by presenting tailored demonstrations of Veeva products and solutions to customers
- Build strong relationships with key personnel at customers and prospects, acting as product and subject matter expert
- Provide compelling demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept of Commercial solutions (Veeva Vault PromoMats, MedComms, MedInquiry)
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and conduct in-depth technical discussions
- Configure and customize demonstration environments and manage demonstration environments as needed
- Participate in responses to Requests for Proposals for Veeva solutions
- Provide field feedback to Veeva Strategists and Product Managers to shape product direction
- Support Veeva and industry marketing events as a participant
- Articulate complex technical concepts clearly and address client questions and concerns
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in sales / consulting / customer service at a SaaS company used by life sciences, a life sciences company, or content agency
- Understanding of SaaS/Cloud solutions and technology
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries
- Solid grasp of enterprise software solutions
- Willing to travel domestically 10-20% of the time
- Nice to Have: Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats, MedComms, or other similar software solutions
- Nice to Have: Working knowledge Promotional and Medical content review and approval
- Nice to Have: An understanding of commercial operations in life science companies
- Nice to Have: Knowledge of the technologies used by Commercial teams in life science industry
