About the role

  • Support the sales process by presenting tailored demonstrations of Veeva products and solutions to customers
  • Build strong relationships with key personnel at customers and prospects, acting as product and subject matter expert
  • Provide compelling demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept of Commercial solutions (Veeva Vault PromoMats, MedComms, MedInquiry)
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and conduct in-depth technical discussions
  • Configure and customize demonstration environments and manage demonstration environments as needed
  • Participate in responses to Requests for Proposals for Veeva solutions
  • Provide field feedback to Veeva Strategists and Product Managers to shape product direction
  • Support Veeva and industry marketing events as a participant
  • Articulate complex technical concepts clearly and address client questions and concerns

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in sales / consulting / customer service at a SaaS company used by life sciences, a life sciences company, or content agency
  • Understanding of SaaS/Cloud solutions and technology
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries
  • Solid grasp of enterprise software solutions
  • Willing to travel domestically 10-20% of the time
  • Nice to Have: Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats, MedComms, or other similar software solutions
  • Nice to Have: Working knowledge Promotional and Medical content review and approval
  • Nice to Have: An understanding of commercial operations in life science companies
  • Nice to Have: Knowledge of the technologies used by Commercial teams in life science industry
