About the role
- Enable business growth by developing Veeva’s brand in Eastern Europe with a focus on Poland, ensuring talent pipeline and a high-performance culture where employees can do their best
- Enable leaders to have the right people in the right roles via attraction and employee relations
- Help leaders expand their network and build a strong pipeline and engage talent through creative attraction and sourcing channels
- Work with European stakeholders and hiring managers to define and drive the recruitment, candidate and employee experience
- Be the Poland and Eastern Europe expert for global leaders and Employee Success Partners
- Leverage data and develop insights to drive results and continuous improvements
Requirements
- 8 years + hiring experience in Polish Talent Market across a range of talent profiles
- Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture ongoing candidate relationships and external talent communities for local talent which can operate internationally
- Clear demonstration of strong judgment, coaching, influencing, and problem-solving
- Self-driven, autonomous, and a team player
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
- Highly resourceful, self-driven and comfortable working with ambiguity
