About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach to successful closing—for Tech, Support, and Sales profiles across our international markets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to global hiring managers, transforming their complex business needs into highly effective, targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Design out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to engage top-tier international talent, leveraging modern platforms and integrating AI practices into your daily sourcing routines to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Deliver a flawless, highly personalized, and caring candidate journey from the very first contact to a smooth onboarding.
  • Leverage ATS insights, market data, and recruitment KPIs to optimize your strategies, manage pipelines efficiently, and provide high-value reporting to the business.
  • Drive global TA initiatives and process optimization, integrating AI to boost efficiency and focus on strategic business partnering and candidate care.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience: 2 to 6 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally combining the fast-paced sourcing agility of an agency with the strategic business partnering of an in-house role. A strong understanding of the Spanish and Catalan talent markets is essential.
  • Market Expertise: Proven success in recruiting for Tech, Support, or Sales roles on an international scale, with a mastery of direct sourcing and headhunting techniques.
  • Tech & Data Savvy: Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and a genuine passion for data-driven recruitment and applying AI practices to enhance your workflow.
  • Matrix Agility: You thrive in fast-paced, complex environments and are completely comfortable managing cross-border recruitment pipelines.
  • Mindset & Soft Skills: Proactive, highly adaptable, and armed with a collaborative team-player spirit and excellent communication skills.
  • Languages: Full professional fluency in both **English and Spanish** is strictly mandatory for daily collaboration with our international stakeholders.
