About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Data Integration Specialist is responsible for integrating product/article data into the systems.
The Data Integration Specialist ensures data integrity and structures commercial offers and descriptions to guarantee the accuracy of supplier information.
They also provide reliable data into the article referencing system to enrich and compare with existing data.
For each campaign, a dedicated database is created to manage global production and enable the start of the different processes.
Format, consolidate, and standardize commercial offers and description data to enable sales production.
Standardize and integrate key article information into the PIM using data integration tools (references, sizes, designations, colors, barcodes, attributes, prices & stock (if required), etc.).
Ensure that imported data is compliant with established guidelines and standards, and perform necessary quality checks (including images).
Communicate with different departments to facilitate sales production (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Category Management, Buying, Distribution, etc.).
Ensure data compliance in the systems and address any anomalies identified during production.
Provide daily reporting of tasks performed.

Languages: Intermediate level in English and French (written and spoken). Knowledge of Italian or Spanish is an asset.
