About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Data Integration Specialist is responsible for integrating product/article data into the systems.
  • The Data Integration Specialist ensures data integrity and structures commercial offers and descriptions to guarantee the accuracy of supplier information.
  • They also provide reliable data into the article referencing system to enrich and compare with existing data.
  • For each campaign, a dedicated database is created to manage global production and enable the start of the different processes.
  • Format, consolidate, and standardize commercial offers and description data to enable sales production.
  • Standardize and integrate key article information into the PIM using data integration tools (references, sizes, designations, colors, barcodes, attributes, prices & stock (if required), etc.).
  • Ensure that imported data is compliant with established guidelines and standards, and perform necessary quality checks (including images).
  • Communicate with different departments to facilitate sales production (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Category Management, Buying, Distribution, etc.).
  • Ensure data compliance in the systems and address any anomalies identified during production.
  • Provide daily reporting of tasks performed.

Requirements

  • Languages: Intermediate level in English and French (written and spoken). Knowledge of Italian or Spanish is an asset.
