About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Forecast and optimally allocate volumes to be processed across Veepee’s logistics sites, and activate the necessary levers with relevant teams to reduce delivery lead times and optimize costs.
  • Work closely with all operations teams as well as other departments such as Sales and Commercial Planning.
  • Monitor daily sales forecasts per campaign with demand planning teams and incoming stock volumes with commercial teams to contribute to reliable volume forecasts.
  • Estimate warehouse receipt dates for forecasted volumes by campaign.
  • Allocate campaigns to warehouses based on warehouse capacity and throughput.
  • Anticipate peak periods or workload imbalances across logistics sites and propose and implement appropriate mitigation actions.
  • Contribute to the definition of the sales planning and allocation strategy and adapt and refine it for your scope of warehouses.
  • Recommend daily strategy adjustments based on changes in the logistics network and operational contingencies.
  • Lead weekly routines with schedulers at the sites within your scope to account for each site’s scheduling and operational variances.
  • Participate in planning routines with stakeholders to share and validate each party’s actions and levers.
  • Monitor planning performance indicators to identify root causes of underperformance, propose improvements, prioritize actions, and support their implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Recent graduate; 1–2 years’ experience in Supply Chain / logistics planning is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain (procurement, logistics, transport, and Supply Chain Management).
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence (prototyping, "vibe coding").
  • Knowledge of Python.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular; VBA is a plus) or G Suite.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); another language (Spanish, German, or Italian) is a plus.
