About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure excellence and the continuous development of our Operations teams' skills
  • Design and manage the entire training ecosystem
  • Activate and showcase internal expertise
  • Build a high-performance learning environment
  • Conduct in-depth skills gap analyses
  • Define appropriate methodologies to address identified needs
  • Identify and lead a community of subject-matter experts
  • Support the development of training materials
  • Organize and facilitate onboarding for new Operations team members
  • Contribute to conducting evaluations and collecting participant feedback
  • Collaborate to ensure the training section of the Ops Connect site is kept up to date
  • Deliver training sessions
  • Oversee and maintain all technological and pedagogical tools of the Ops Academy
