About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reporting to the sales team of the Kids Business Unit, the Sales Analyst & Support is responsible for optimizing the commercial offer by producing assortment and pricing recommendations based on their analyses.
  • Responsible for obtaining required information from the brand (offer, contract, prices, final stock), they work closely with the salesperson to publish the most attractive possible offer.
  • Acts as a commercial ambassador throughout operations.
  • Analyze offers and provide recommendations to the sales representative to ensure the attractiveness of the offer and to prepare negotiation.
  • Prepare the offer analysis file after receiving the supplier file, historical sales data and competitive intelligence.
  • Analyze the composition of the offer and reference volumes.
  • Recommend selling prices and purchase prices to meet both the brand’s expectations and the Group’s pricing strategy.
  • Pricing work must take into account market monitoring, the site’s psychological price points, past sales, product and market life cycle, and the timing of the sales period.
  • Monitor the performance of operations from opening through to closing.
  • Produce end-of-sale reports to identify improvement levers and actions to implement for the next operation.
  • Ensure the operational management of assigned sales in direct relation with the commercial partner.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the sales date is met by receiving the offer, final prices and stock, and liaising with the content manager.
  • Prepare presentation materials for brand meetings and participate when necessary.
  • Manage contractual administration with partners and handle first-level disputes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university program.
  • You have proven experience in sales analysis, commercial analysis or a similar role.
  • You are results-oriented and possess excellent data analysis and data management skills.
  • You have strong negotiation skills.
  • You are rigorous, organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • You enjoy teamwork and can collaborate with different departments.
  • You are motivated to learn and adapt to the new challenges of a dynamic environment.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You are proficient with Google applications and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Google Sheets, Google Slides and Excel.
  • You have a fluent level of English.
