About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reporting to the commercial team of the Sports Business Unit, the Sales Analyst & Support ensures optimization of the commercial offer by producing assortment and pricing recommendations based on analysis.
  • Responsible for obtaining requested information from the brand (assortment, contract, prices, final stock), they work closely with the sales representative to publish the most attractive possible offer.
  • Acts as a commercial ambassador throughout the execution of operations.
  • Analyze offers and make recommendations to the sales representative to ensure their attractiveness and to prepare negotiations.
  • Prepare the offer analysis file after receiving the supplier file, historical sales data and competitive intelligence;
  • Analyze the composition of the offer and the volumes of SKUs;
  • Recommend selling prices and purchase prices to meet both the brand's expectations and the group’s pricing strategy. Pricing should be worked out taking into account market intelligence, the site’s psychological price points, past sales, product and market lifecycle, and the sales period;
  • Track operational performance from opening through to closing;
  • Produce end-of-sale reports to identify improvement levers and actions to implement for the next operation.
  • Ensure smooth operational management of assigned sales in direct relation with the commercial partner.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the sales date is met by receiving the offer, final prices and stock information, and coordinating with the content manager;
  • Prepare presentation materials for brand meetings and participation when required;
  • Manage contractual relations with partners and handle first-level disputes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university program.
  • A first significant, relevant experience in analysis and/or commercial analysis.
  • Commercially driven, you are known for your analytical mindset and data management skills.
  • You have a strong sense of priorities and demonstrate rigor.
  • You are autonomous and adaptable.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Your business acumen and appetite for challenge will enable you to thrive within our dynamic and ambitious organization.
