About the role
- As part of the Operations Directorate, you will join the operational training team. You will be responsible for driving internal communication for our department and contributing to employee engagement.
- The department reports to the Group Performance Director; you will report directly to the Head of Training and be based in La Plaine-Saint-Denis (Seine-Saint-Denis, 93).
- Manage and coordinate internal communications.
- Contribute to planning, recommendations and implementation of communication actions.
- Develop content to support the department's internal communications (intranet, newsletters, video, internal social networks, etc.).
- Provide operational support for the creation of training content and events.
- Analyze the performance of communication activities, notably using metrics from Google Analytics.
- Oversee editorial management of the intranet.
- Support the rollout of communications for new projects.
- Community management.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program (Master’s level) at a university, business school or communication school.
- Excellent writing skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organization, creativity and proactivity are essential to successfully carry out your responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of project management.
- Regular use of office tools (Google Workspace).
- Fluent English is required.
