About the role

  • You will maintain close contact with our brands and suppliers to obtain offers and ensure the smooth running of our processes
  • You will conduct strategic analyses of partner/brand offers and support the Business Manager in selecting the best products, providing pricing information that can be negotiated based on comparisons with past sales
  • Your insights from analysis, along with price and margin recommendations, will significantly contribute to the success of our sales campaigns
  • You will prepare presentation materials for brand meetings for the Business Manager Scandinavia and, if requested, attend those meetings to present your analyses
  • You will ensure the accuracy of all recorded and processed data and enable smooth integration of offers into our IT systems. You will be responsible for meeting various deadlines to ensure timely planning of sales campaigns
  • You will work on after-sales analysis and provide the Business Manager Scandinavia and our brand partners with initial feedback on results (focusing on opportunities for improvement and actions to take)

Requirements

  • You have excellent German and English skills; experience in a Nordic language is a plus
  • You demonstrate a startup mentality and have the drive to build and shape a new business unit
  • You hold a commercial apprenticeship, a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent qualification
  • You have strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in administration, sales, or procurement is an advantage
  • You possess strong analytical skills, a passion for working with numbers, and a proactive attitude
  • You are results-oriented and resilient under pressure
  • You are well organized and able to meet deadlines easily
  • You are a team player but can also work independently
