About the role

  • The Sourcing Excellence team’s mission is to “guide & facilitate the implementation of Veepee’s Commercial Strategy by connecting expertise and solutions to execution across processes, tools and organization.”
  • IDENTIFY KEY STRATEGIC PRIORITIES:
  • Build business cases and prioritize Commercial Methodology projects to generate sustainable value
  • Commercial Excellence Organization: Ensure the optimal structure to achieve commercial excellence and the best account management strategy
  • Commercial Methodology: Ensure appropriate levels of interaction and tracking
  • Pricing: Ensure competitiveness and profitability; define KPIs and track the business impact of commercial activity on brands, revenue and product margins
  • Build tools to:
  • Monitor sales performance, pricing strategies and commercial activity (KPI tracking, dashboard creation)
  • Streamline commercial, reporting and sourcing excellence processes
  • Track data requirements and enrich data available in MicroStrategy and the data lake, in collaboration with Data teams
  • Manage the data visualization tool (MicroStrategy) in a continuously evolving environment, providing user support and assisting other team members
  • Work within a team of Data Analysts and Project Managers to support Sourcing Excellence initiatives: providing insights, automating repetitive processes and monitoring results.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics
  • Previous experience in business analysis with a focus on sales data
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Strong modeling skills, adapted to the target audience
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and a good understanding of database concepts
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills
  • Strong experience with our visualization tool, MicroStrategy
  • Fluent in English
  • Passion for business: eager to understand drivers and identify opportunities for development or optimization
  • Comfortable working with data from multiple sources, including complex datasets, and able to produce robust models
  • Team player who actively shares knowledge to help colleagues grow
  • Good problem-solving skills and a “How YES!” attitude
  • Highly rigorous: cross-checks sources and substantiates results
