About the role
- You professionally handle incoming phone calls and represent our company externally.
- You respond to inquiries from prospective and existing customers in a service-oriented and friendly manner.
- You call back potential customers, clarify outstanding questions, and schedule appointments when appropriate.
- You record customer concerns and forward them internally to the appropriate contact persons.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills: you enjoy speaking on the phone and have excellent verbal and written expression.
- Service-oriented mindset: the customer is your priority – you remain calm and friendly even in stressful situations.
- Structured approach: you keep track of follow-ups and document results carefully.
- Reliability: punctuality and a conscientious working style are a matter of course for you.
- Ideally, you have experience in telephony or customer service (career changers with aptitude are welcome!).
