About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Systems Engineers supporting strategic enterprise customers.
- Align Field Sales, Systems Engineers, Specialists, and customer technical stakeholders around a unified technical and go-to-market plan.
- Drive technical strategy and execution across data resilience, cyber recovery, cloud, security, and AI-driven initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Alliances, Product, Engineering, and Marketing leaders to influence strategy and execution.
- Represent Veeam in executive customer, partner, and internal engagements while driving operational excellence and business outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise technology leadership roles.
- 8+ years of experience leading managers or senior technical professionals in customer-facing environments.
- Proven success influencing outcomes across complex enterprise accounts and highly matrixed organizations.
- Strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure, data platforms, security, cyber resilience, and cloud architectures.
- Executive-level communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
