  • Ensure that renewals execution, seller workflows, customer-facing processes, and performance insights operate as a cohesive system
  • Bring together people, data, process, and technology — including AI-driven capabilities — to improve renewal outcomes, predictability, and scale
  • Carry significant executive visibility and influence across regions and functions

Requirements

  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to VP and Director of Renewals Operations; deliver executive-ready insights and support MBRs, QBRs, and strategic planning cycles.
  • Own the end-to-end renewals operating model and cadence; define and track globally consistent KPIs, leading indicators, and risk signals.
  • Own and continuously improve the Renewals Account Manager experience; reduce operational friction and increase time spent in high-value customer interactions.
  • Drive coordination on cross-functional initiatives; champion disciplined change management to ensure high adoption of new processes and tools across regions.
  • Leverage analytics and AI-powered tools to improve renewal predictability, identify churn risk, surface expansion signals, and reduce manual work for sellers and leaders.
