About the role
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs that set new standards for Veeam’s global Talent Acquisition operations.
- Foster a culture of curiosity and experimentation by piloting new approaches, championing automation, and continuously optimizing recruiting practices.
- Drive the transformation of our recruiting technology stack by identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI-forward tools, ensuring effective change management and adoption across global teams.
- Enable and coach business leaders and teams through training, resources, and change management to support the adoption of innovative tools and processes.
- Build powerful partnerships with People & Culture leaders, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver breakthrough hiring solutions and maximize value.
- Oversee global recruiting compliance and governance, ensuring excellence and adherence to standards across 30+ countries.
- Analyze and enhance recruiting workflows, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Inspire global teams to embrace new systems and processes, leading the way in organizational transformation.
- Operate independently with a strong bias for action, setting clear objectives, prioritizing deliverables, and partnering with analytics teams to measure and communicate results.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a Talent Acquisition Operations and/or program management-focused role, including leading global projects or programs.
- Demonstrated experience administering recruiting technology platforms (such as ATS or CRM) and supporting or managing HRIS integrations in a global setting.
- Proven success implementing AI-driven recruiting technologies that resulted in measurable improvements in hiring outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining program objectives and KPIs, collaborating with analytics or data teams to measure and report on ROI, and delivering scalable, measurable solutions for large-scale initiatives.
- Experience leading organizational change, including developing and delivering training and resources to support adoption of new processes or technologies across multiple teams or regions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and enable cross-functional teams in a global organization.
- Ability to work independently, set and manage priorities, and consistently take initiative in a fast-changing environment.
- Working knowledge of global hiring compliance and data privacy requirements, including major U.S. (e.g., EEOC) and international (e.g., GDPR) standards.
- Bonus: Direct experience working with Workday as an HRIS, including integration with other recruiting technology systems.
- Bonus: Formal program or project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum), and familiarity with project management methodologies, design thinking, or process reengineering.
- Bonus: Experience leading AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives within Talent Acquisition or HR.
- Bonus: Experience with technology migrations or large-scale global implementations across multiple regions.
- Bonus: Experience auditing, implementing, or managing hiring compliance or data privacy programs across multiple countries and regions worldwide, with a proven ability to adapt TA operations and processes to meet evolving regulatory and business requirements.
