Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5 years in a Talent Acquisition Operations and/or program management-focused role, including leading global projects or programs.
Demonstrated experience administering recruiting technology platforms (such as ATS or CRM) and supporting or managing HRIS integrations in a global setting.
Proven success implementing AI-driven recruiting technologies that resulted in measurable improvements in hiring outcomes.
Strong analytical skills with experience defining program objectives and KPIs, collaborating with analytics or data teams to measure and report on ROI, and delivering scalable, measurable solutions for large-scale initiatives.
Experience leading organizational change, including developing and delivering training and resources to support adoption of new processes or technologies across multiple teams or regions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and enable cross-functional teams in a global organization.
Ability to work independently, set and manage priorities, and consistently take initiative in a fast-changing environment.
Working knowledge of global hiring compliance and data privacy requirements, including major U.S. (e.g., EEOC) and international (e.g., GDPR) standards.
