As the Field Marketing Specialist for the DACH region, you will be the driving force behind Veeam’s presence at industry tradeshows, fairs, community events, and digital events across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of Veeam's presence at major live industry tradeshows and fairs in the Central Region - from event promotion, booth management and logistics to on-site engagement and post-event analysis.
Build processes and local programs to enable scalable, repeatable, and high-impact event execution
Manage budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors, and tracking expenses.
Organize and coordinate digital events (including webinars, live talks, and online workshops) tailored to our customers and partners.
Drive social media promotion: create, adapt, and support the production of engaging content for Veeam's social channels to maximize event reach, audience engagement, and ongoing brand awareness.
Work closely with segment marketers, sales, and pre-sales teams to target the right audiences and ensure strong event participation and engagement.
Track and report on event and campaign metrics, analyzing impact and demand generated, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Maintain alignment with EMEA and global marketing teams to ensure local activities leverage corporate campaigns and assets.
Requirements
3-5 years' experience in field marketing, event management, or digital campaign execution, ideally in the IT or software/SaaS industry.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities; able to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
Demonstrated expertise in organizing and executing large-scale events and tradeshows, as well as digital/virtual events.
Proficiency in social media content creation and communication (LinkedIn).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
