• Serve as the primary operational interface between clients and offshore BIM/VDC teams
• Lead client onboarding, governance meetings, technical alignment, and delivery reviews

Client Operations Director – BIM Management

Software Engineer

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects and programs
• Own day-to-day project delivery, coordination, and client communication
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and alignment to client milestones
• Lead MEP/BIM coordination efforts across disciplines using ACC, Navisworks, or similar tools
• Translate client requirements and design intent into clear direction for offshore teams
• Lead onboarding, project setup, and workflow alignment (Revit, BIM 360/ACC)
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across architecture, MEP, and VDC teams
• Ensure all deliverables meet client standards, technical requirements, and quality expectations
• Conduct regular project reviews with client stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and next steps
• Proactively identify risks, coordination issues, and delivery challenges, and drive resolution
• Support management of scope, changes, and evolving client needs
• Contribute to continuous improvement of standards, workflows, and delivery processes

• Develop prospect lists, build key contacts, and execute cold outreach in partnership with Marketing to penetrate key market segments.
• Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand business challenges and align our services with their technical and strategic needs.
• Partner closely with internal teams and clients to develop and deliver tailored solutions through a consultative sales process.
• Develop strong value propositions that result in winning proposals and long-term partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in developing, negotiating, and closing sales contracts that align with company revenue and growth objectives.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, peers, and leadership.
• Support trade shows, industry events, and marketing initiatives to expand brand awareness and grow the sales pipeline.
• Analyze market, technology, and industry trends across target verticals to identify new opportunities.
• Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline by using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).

• Act as the primary lead for clients and programs assigned
• Develop client relationships that provide insights and bid opportunities for the organization
• Own program coordination from bid to contract award, including delivery and production phases
• Develop and manage detailed program schedules aligned to customer milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
• Ensure all deliverables meet client technical requirements, specifications, and quality
• Lead regular program reviews with client stakeholders
• Drive proactive risk identification and resolution
