Human Resources Apprentice – 24 months
VEDECOMApprentice in Human Resources for VEDECOM in Versailles, supporting HR with personnel administration and recruitment. Aimed at learning through a 24-month hybrid program.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle personnel administration and payroll in support of the HR Department: drafting employment contracts and amendments, HR communications, entering payroll data, headcount reporting, monitoring foreign employees, etc.
- Participate in recruitment and oversee the onboarding process for new employees: writing job adverts, pre-screening, tracking applications, organizing Welcome Days, etc.
- Implement the training plan: updating and monitoring the training plan, registering employees, preparing funding files, etc.
- Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects and contribute to the smooth operation of the department.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are pursuing a Master’s degree (first year) or are enrolled in a business school with a specialization in Human Resources
- Good written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ideally, you have previous experience in an apprenticeship
