Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience as a software engineer, machine learning engineer, or AI engineer
Proven experience deploying machine learning models into production and operating them at scale
Experience working with large, complex, or high-volume data sets
Strong programming skills in Python
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent
Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, distributed systems, and cloud-based architectures
Experience with model evaluation, monitoring, and debugging in live environments
Strong foundation in machine learning techniques, including supervised/unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, and time-series analysis
Familiarity with deep learning and modern AI approaches, including generative or representation-learning methods
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Product-minded approach focused on impact
Comfort operating with ambiguity and evolving requirements
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
