• Provide training, technical support, quality assurance data reviews, and engineering support for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center (ALC)
• Develop and deliver training for ALMIS and 1-Log Portal users
• Review operational and maintenance data
• Support maintenance policy reviews
• Provide field unit support to sustain current and future users of ALMIS, 1-Log Portal, and future software enterprise system replacements
