About the role
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets
- Drive incremental revenue growth through current customers by upselling and cross-selling Vectors EHS Software
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations highlighting our software's key advantages, features, and value propositions
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and competition
- Communicate with customers to identify and understand the issues they are trying to address; identify and suggest solutions to meet those needs
- Demonstrate and clearly differentiate Vector Solutions products from the competition, focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition
- Work collaboratively with existing B2B sales teams to leverage resources
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale
Requirements
- 5-7 years of proven sales experience within the EHS industry and/or with EHS SaaS products
- Familiarity with EHS systems preferred
- Knowledge of SaaS sales process
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
