About the role
- Responsible for the administrative and supervisory oversight of residential and commercial sales
- Assist GM in partnering with operations to support a complete customer experience
- Use technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to assist Sales Representatives
- Report results and forecasts to branch and home office management
- Responsible for market penetration and development
- Maintain positive customer relations
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information
- Create marketing initiatives related to sales activities
- Review proposals for customers with Sales Representatives
- Responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new commercial sales representatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma - required
- Bachelor's Degree - preferred
- Previous management experience - highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead team members to reach their goals
- Valid Driver's License
