• Own core accounting operations — lead the monthly close, prepare reconciliations, and manage AP, AR, billing, and payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Strengthen processes and controls — establish scalable accounting policies, implement best practices, and maintain compliance across reporting, tax, and audit requirements.
• Be hands-on and solutions-oriented — roll up your sleeves to execute journal entries, billing runs, and reconciliations while driving improvements in systems and workflows.
• Partner with finance leadership — collaborate closely with the VP of Finance on building a best-in-class finance function, providing accurate data and insight to support decision-making and long-term growth.
