About the role

  • Lead the development of targeted and specific solution approaches and operating models to address our clients' topics and challenges
  • Lead, direct and manage demanding strategy, specialist and implementation projects
  • Advise our clients on strategy, governance and processes in the areas of lending/credit, property valuation, refinancing, risk management and sustainability
  • Independently and proactively develop consulting products, taking into account client needs, market developments and the strategic direction and ambitions of vdpConsulting AG
  • Support the Executive Board in further developing the company with regard to strategy, consulting and product portfolios as well as organization and processes (including taking responsibility for implementing strategic initiative packages)
  • Produce thought leadership materials, studies and specialist articles, and conduct seminars and presentations

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in economics/business administration (or equivalent)
  • Substantial, relevant and demonstrable professional experience in a consulting firm with a focus on the financial services industry
  • Relevant business development and project management experience (for Senior Manager)
  • Broad understanding of processes, organization, technology and regulatory requirements in the lending/credit and real estate sectors
  • Excellent and practiced communication and presentation skills
  • Confident manner and enjoyment of client contact
  • Growth mindset and a passion for innovative thinking
  • Business-fluent German and English skills
  • High willingness to travel
