About the role

  • Develop targeted and specific solution approaches and implementation models to address our clients' issues and challenges
  • Work on issues in demanding strategy, specialist, and implementation projects
  • Advise our clients on strategy, governance, and processes in the areas of lending, property valuation, refinancing, risk management, and sustainability
  • Develop consulting products taking into account client needs, market developments, and the strategic direction and ambitions of vdpConsulting AG
  • Support the executive board in the further development of the company with regard to strategy and processes

Requirements

  • University degree in economics, business administration, or a related field
  • Initial practical experience in a lending or real estate company and/or in a consulting firm focused on the financial services industry (for Junior Consultants)
  • At least two years of demonstrable and relevant professional experience (for Senior Consultants)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confident presence and enjoyment of client interaction
  • Growth mindset and enthusiasm for innovative thinking
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel
